Shipping policy

We deliver all of our large appliances such as washing machines and fridge freezers ourselves using our own delivery vans and employees. Our vans are manned by a single driver and we deliver to a ground floor property with less then 4 steps and easy access.


Upgrade Your Delivery to Include a Second person


We offer this service on all large appliance delivered by our team. This service cost £25 per delivery. This charge is mandatory on deliveries that require a two man lift to avoid injury to the delivery drivers and damage to your property.


Other reasons for selecting this service include.


1.Your property has more than 4 steps
2.Your appliance is stacked.(i.e Washing machine has a Tumble Dryer on top )
3. You live in a block of flats without a lift and there is no other access to the floor you live on.


We Cannot Allow you to help with the delivery due to health and safety and manual handling insurance.


If our driver deems the delivery location not to be satisfactory or that your property contains a risk, we can either leave the item , or we can return with 2 people once our failed delivery /re-delivery charge has been paid.

Exchanges.
If we are uninstalling a built In appliance and reinstalling another appliance which is being exchanged the built in installation fee is required.
